TeleVet

CARE Veterinary Center is now offering remote healthcare services with TeleVet! With the TeleVet mobile app you can easily send virtual consultation requests to us whenever your pet is sick or injured.  

To get started, download the TeleVet app on the iTunes or Google Play store and create your personal profile and your pets (pictures encouraged!). When you need us, create a consultation request detailing your pet’s issue. Upload any pictures or videos, instant messages, and talk with us face to face through a video conference call to help get your pet feeling better again.  

When the Teleconsult occurs, our health care provider will be able to make an assessment as to whether virtual consultation can occur, or whether it is in your pet's best interest to be evaluated at our hospital.  We will make all recommendations whilst keeping in mind the best medical recommendation for your pet in conjunction with the guidelines and regulations for both remote and in-person evaluations set forth by the Maryland State Veterinary Board, American Veterinary Medical Association and Center for Disease Control.
